Madrid, June 14th, 2016. Mobusi has acquired Sun Media, a company dedicated to the commercialization of digital advertising, reinforcing its leading position in Spain. This acquisition positions the group in two of the fastest growing areas of the digital market: mobile and video advertising. According to the IAB, in 2015 investment in mobile advertising increased by 82% in Spain, and video advertising investment increased by 65.6%.

The union of the two companies presents great opportunities to synergize efforts, and recharges product offering with an ample range of branding and performance solutions for agencies and clients. It will also position Mobusi, until now focused just on performance, in the territory of branding advertisers.
